At gullze.com, all of our T-shirts, clothing, and merchandise feature original designs created by us, which are physically printed only after you place an order. Because every product is custom-made to order, our return policy differs from traditional online retail stores.
Please read our policy carefully before completing your purchase.
1. Statutory Cancellation Rights (UK Law Exemptions)
Under Regulation 28(1)(b) of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, the standard 14-day statutory "cooling-off" period to cancel or return goods does not apply to items made to a consumer’s unique specifications or clearly customised.
Because our merchandise is printed on demand based on your specific choice of artwork, garment style, size, and colour, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for "buyer’s remorse", change of mind, or accidental ordering.
2. Faulty, Damaged, or Misprinted Goods
Your consumer rights are fully protected under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If any item you receive from us is of unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose, or not as described, you are fully entitled to a free replacement or a full refund.
What counts as a fault?

A manufacturing defect in the garment (e.g., ripped seams, holes).

A clear printing error (e.g., severely blurry graphics, incorrect design printed, peeling ink).

The incorrect item, size, or colour was dispatched to you.
How to claim a refund or replacement for a faulty item:

Do not mail the item back to the address on your shipping label. This goes directly to an automated print fulfillment warehouse, and your return will be lost.

Include your Order Number and attach clear, well-lit photographs showing the defect or the incorrect item received.

Once we review the photos and confirm the issue, we will immediately arrange for a brand-new replacement to be printed and shipped to you at no extra charge, or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
3. Sizing Mistakes and Customer Errors
We provide detailed sizing charts on our product pages. Because our items are bespoke and printed specifically for you:

We cannot offer refunds or exchanges if you order the incorrect size. Please measure a favorite garment you own at home and compare it to our size charts before buying.

We cannot offer refunds or replacements if your order is lost or misdelivered due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout.
4. How Refunds Are Processed
If a refund is approved for a faulty or misprinted item, it will be automatically processed back to your original payment method (via Shopify Payments, your credit/debit card, or PayPal).
Please note that it usually takes 3–5 business days for banks or credit card companies to process and post the refund to your account after we initiate it.
