Thank you for visiting and shopping at gullze.com. Because we print original designs on high-quality merchandise, every order is custom-made just for you. This means your order goes through a specialized creation process before it is shipped out.
Below are the details of our shipping and fulfilment process.
1. How Our Process Works
Your order delivery timeframe is broken down into two distinct phases: Production Time + Shipping Time.
Phase 1: Production Time (Made to Order)
Because we operate on a print-on-demand model, your items do not sit on a shelf in a warehouse. Printing begins only after your payment is cleared.

Standard Production: It typically takes 2–7 business days to print, quality-check, and package your apparel or merchandise.

During peak holiday seasons (such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and Christmas), production times may extend slightly due to high volume.
Phase 2: Shipping Time (In Transit)
Once your item has been custom-printed and passes quality control, it is handed over to our delivery couriers.

UK Shipping: Once dispatched, standard shipping within the United Kingdom typically takes 2–4 business days via reliable local couriers (such as Royal Mail or Evri).

International Shipping: For customers ordering outside the UK, delivery transit times typically range between 5–15 business days, depending on the destination country and local customs clearance.
2. Separate and Split Packages
If you order different types of merchandise in a single transaction (for example, a hoodie, a tote bag, and a mug), your items may be printed at different specialized facilities.
To ensure you get your items as fast as possible, we may ship your items separately. Do not panic if one item arrives before the others—the remaining pieces of your order are on their way! You will receive unique tracking links for each package sent.
3. Shipping Rates & Tracking

Shipping Charges: Shipping fees for your order are calculated automatically and clearly displayed at checkout based on the weight and destination of your items.

Tracking Your Order: As soon as your order is printed and dispatched, we will send an automated shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and link. You can use this link to monitor your package's journey in real time. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking status to activate.
4. Import Duties, Customs, and Taxes

UK Deliveries: All orders shipped to UK addresses include local UK taxes where applicable. You will not face hidden customs fees upon delivery.

International Deliveries (Outside the UK): Orders shipped outside the United Kingdom may be subject to import duties, local VAT, and customs clearance taxes applied by the destination country. Gullze is not responsible for these charges. All fees applied during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer.
5. Incorrect Shipping Addresses & Undeliverable Orders
Please carefully review your delivery details before finalizing your order.

We are unable to modify shipping addresses once the production process has begun.

If a package is returned to our printing facility because of an incomplete or incorrect address provided by the customer, or because it was left uncollected at a local post depot, you will be responsible for the courier cost to reship the item to your correct address.
