2. Intellectual Property & Ownership of Designs

  • Original Artwork: All artwork, graphics, text, illustrations, and designs featured on our products and website are the exclusive intellectual property of Gullze and are protected by UK and international copyright laws.

  • No Unauthorised Use: Your purchase of a physical product (e.g., a T-shirt or hoodie) grants you the right to use that product for personal, non-commercial use only. You are strictly prohibited from copying, reproducing, downloading, modifying, or reselling our designs, digitally or physically, without express written licence from us.

3. How Our Store Operates (Print-on-Demand)

While all designs are created by Gullze, we utilise professional Print-on-Demand (POD) field partners to physically manufacture and ship our merchandise.

  • Custom Made-to-Order: Because each piece of apparel or merchandise is custom-printed with our design only after you place your order, these items are considered bespoke and custom-made under UK law.

  • Product Variations: We make every effort to display the colours and placement of our artwork accurately. However, because computer and phone screens render colours differently, and printing techniques vary across different garments, the final physical product may feature slight variations in colour and graphic placement from what is seen on screen.

4. Cancellation & Return Policy (UK Law Exemptions)

Under Regulation 28(1)(b) of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, the standard 14-day statutory right to cancel or return goods does not apply to items made to a consumer’s specifications or clearly customised.

Because our products are printed entirely to order (based on your specific choice of design, size, and garment colour):

  • No Change-of-Mind Returns: We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or customer errors. Please carefully consult our size charts before placing an order.

  • Faulty, Damaged, or Misprinted Goods: In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if an item arrives damaged, defective, or with a clear printing defect, you are fully covered. Please email us at admin@gullze.com within 30 days of delivery with clear photographs of the fault. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

5. Production, Shipping, and Delivery

  • Production Times: Because items are custom-printed with our artwork on demand, please allow 2–7 business days for production before your order is dispatched.

  • Estimated Shipping: Shipping times provided at checkout are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by postal couriers or customs processing.

  • Split Deliveries: If you order different types of merchandise (e.g., a tote bag and a t-shirt), they may be printed at different facilities and arrive in separate packages.

6. Contract Formation and Pricing

  • Order Acceptance: A legally binding contract is only formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (e.g., due to stock shortages or suspected fraudulent activity).

  • Pricing & VAT: Prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include UK VAT where applicable. Customers ordering from outside the United Kingdom are responsible for any local customs duties or import taxes levied upon arrival.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our products are supplied for domestic and private use only. To the extent permitted by UK law, we will not be liable for any loss of profit, loss of business, or business interruption. Nothing in these terms excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and your purchase of goods from gullze.com shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
